Impact
1,  We presented five concerts during our fiscal year (June 1 - May 31) with an average attendance of 360 persons.
 2.  We provided two Theatre IV productions for students in Gloucester (all bussed to the high school from their elementary school) with an attendance of 250 children and teachers.
3.  Sponsored a Theatre IV production for students in the Mathews County Public Schools, with an attendance of 175 children and teachers.

Needs
1.  Local support for Theatre IV productions in Gloucester and Mathews Public Schools - total $1,500.00
 2.  Grant Support  of $5,000 - $7,500 annually to help offset the rising cost of quality performers in order to keep ticket prices affordable for most people in the community.
Background The organization was founded in 2002 after the Middle Peninsula Community Concerts Association disbanded.  It began in the 2002-2003 season with four concerts and several years later, added another concert for a total of five.  There is no paid staff; all the work is done by volunteers.  The Board and committee members join together to vote on our performers each year, with the help of the professional booking agent Live On Stage in Nashville, TN
Board Chair Statement We are the only organization in our rural area which provides a wide variety of professional live performers ranging from acappella to country/bluegrass, instrumental, and classical music. Without our sponsorship, the elementary school students of Gloucester and Mathews counties would not have access to live theater (Theatre IV) which fulfills Virginia Standards of Learning objectives.
